 All appointments must be scheduled online no later than the day before an event by 1:00pm Central Standard Time (CST). Appointments for events on Saturday, Sunday and Monday must be made no later than 1pm CST the Friday before.
The appointment sheets are printed for the technicians to bring with them and if no one is signed up, that location's event will be canceled.
